Today Transavia announced that it has joined TripAdvisor to promote its new airline reviews platform
, to encourage its customers to share their honest feedback about their flight experience.
Transavia is the largest low cost airline in Europe to start a collaboration with Tripadvisor’s new review platform. The airline review platform is consistent with the ambition of Transavia to become the most affordable, digital and accessible airline in Europe. ‘Open and transparent communication plays an important role in this and this option allows our customers to write a review in an easy way,’ says Paul de Raad, Head of Marketing and eCommerce at Transavia.
‘We believe in proactively seeking consumer feedback and opinions, which helps us to improve our product continuously. We already have a substantial customer base that is active on our several Social Media channels. We reach over 4 million people every week. Our followers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Whatsapp are highly involved. With airline reviews on TripAdvisor we can engage with our customers even more, since we will answer questions in the reviews when necessary,’ says De Raad. Transavia will send passengers an invitation to share their feedback on Tripadvisor after their flight.
